At Cal Strong, we hire Super Heroes. You don’t need to be a gymnastics expert to join our team, but you do need to be a positive role model who inspires confidence, kindness, and growth in our athletes. We can teach the gymnastics — what matters most is character.
All of our coaches are USAG Professional Members, CPR certified, and background-checked. Many have trained or competed at high levels, and every coach participates in ongoing annual training to ensure safe, progressive, and effective instruction.
Our mission is simple, surround kids with great people who help them become great humans.

Safety is at the core of everything we do. We use state-of-the-art equipment, progression-based drills, and proper spotting techniques to ensure athletes train in a controlled and supportive environment. All coaches are trained in CPR and follow strict safety protocols.
